The Rules:
The rules of this raffle are very simple.
The Grand Prize of this Raffle is a 1,360 square foot, 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Town House located in Preserves Court in Sarasota Florida, AND a brand
new Mercedes Benz SL Convertible.
It is NOT a timeshare of the property or a lease of the vehicle, the winner will
OWN both.
We are selling 40,000 chances at this incredible prize.
The winner will be drawn as soon as we sell 40,000 tickets but no later than March
31st, 2010.
We will film the drawing to assure all participants that it is fair and balanced,
and post the video on this website.
There will be only one winning ticket. The owner of the winning ticket can choose
between the Grand Prize or $200,000 in cash.
The winner will be responsible for all Federal, State, and local taxes associated
with their prize.
