The Rules are simple, the Prize is incredible, and the purpose is life saving. Purchase your raffle tickets for a beautiful Palm Aire Town home on a golf course in Sarasota Florida and the brand new Mercedes-Benz SL convertible. This is not a time share of the property or a lease of the vehicle, the winner will OWN both.
There will be ONE winning ticket. The owner of that ticket can choose between the Grand Prize or $200,000.00. The winner will be responsible for all applicable state, federal, and local taxes associated with their prize. The winning ticket will be drawn as soon as we sell enough tickets but not after March 31st 2010. Should we fail to sell 8001 tickets by midnight March 31st 2010 all raised funds will turn into a 50/50 raffle with the winner receiving 50% of the funds and New Lungs For Chuck receiving 50%.
